Human Growth Hormone (HGH), also known as Somatotropin, positively affects every cell in our body. The pituatary gland, on command from the hypothalamus gland, produces human growth hormone, but as we age, the pituitary gland fails to release it. Scientists once believed that human growth hormone was only needed while the body grew to maturity; research now documents that HGH is necessary in virtually all functions of the body, at any age. The problem is, once the body matures, the levels of released HGH diminish, as much as 80% from age 21 to 61. As HGH dimishes, so does the youthfulness of our bodies.
The pituitary gland releases HGH in small bursts, during the first few hours of sleep. During sleep, HGH helps the body to repair itself, stimulating the growth and maintenance of bone, muscle mass, replenishing the cells with amino acids, creating new tissue. With plenty of HGH, the effects of aging are suspended.

Dr. Daniel Rudman, the Director of Geriatric Medicine at the Chicago Medical School University Of Health Sciences, reported the results of his experiments with Human Growth Hormone in 1990 in the New England Journal Of Medicine. during a six month period, he injected a study group of 12 men, aged 61 to 81, with HGH, reversing their biological ages by 10 to 20 years. Dr. Rudman recorded a reduction in body fat by 14%, and lean muscle increased by almost 9%. Skin grew measurably more youthful looking, and the test subjects reported having more energy, and an increased sex drive.

At the Palm Springs Life Extension Institute, Dr. Edmund Chein, M.D. followed a human growth hormone method that involved restoring HGH levels with low dose, high frequency injections. Using this method, Dr. Chein developed a program which is effective for all patients. Dr. Chein boldly guarantees that his patients will experience increasing in bone density of 1.5 to 2.5% every 6 months, as well as 10% loss of body fat, and increasing muscle mass, and that this may continue until the patient attains the body composition of a 25 year old. This HGH regime is highly effective, but also highly expensive; about $1,500 a month!

In 1997, Dr. L. E. Dorman presented a paper before the American College For The Advancement Of Medicine. Dr. Dorman’s research found there was no need to inject Human Growth Hormone; rather, what was needed was a method to stimulate the body to release its own natural HGH. He found that secretagogue compounds, taken orally, act as precursors or stimulants to the production and release of the body’s own HGH. These compounds consist primarily of amino acids, which are compounded to stimulate the brain and pituatary to release HGH.

Studies have shown that Brainwave Entrainment can also release Human Growth Hormone (HGH). Aerospace engineer Michael Herculese used a delta brainwave entrainment of 1.05 Hz to stimulate HGH, and measured a significant increase in HGH, as well as increased Testosterone and Serotonin levels. Dr. Norman Shealy, noted a release of HGH in response to a 7.8 hz photic stimulus.

Delta is the brainwave frequency of deep sleep, and of deep healing. In Delta our brains release Human Growth Hormone (HGH), the natural anti-aging hormone. Brainwave entrainment using sound also promotes “brainwave synchonization”, or the balancing of the left and right hemispheres. Dr. Robert Cosgrove, M.D., a biomedical engineer, has stated that brainwave synchronization is “an excellent neuro-pathway exerciser that promotes optimal brain performance.” Dr. Cosgrove believes that brainwave synchronization “could delay deterioration of the brain due to aging for decades.”

A study by Dr. Vincent Giampapa, ex-President of the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine, showed that Alpha, Theta and Delta brainwaves increase the production of Human Growth Hormones. These slower brainwaves also increase the production of DHEA and melatonin: DHEA by as much as 90%, and melatonin by as much as 300%.

The use of brainwave entrainment to produce HGH has many benefits not found in dietary HGH supplements, including stress relief, an improved ability to learn, and increased awareness.

In the New England Journal of Medicine, Dr. Daniel Rudman, M.D., studied patients age 61 to 81 at the Medical College of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. After six months, Dr. Rudman observed a 10-20 year reversal of the aging process in the patients who received HGH injections. The control group, who did not receive HGH injections, showed no improvement.

Other HGH human growth hormone clinical research studies have shown that HGH can reduce fat, build muscle, improve sexual performance, improve skin texture, reduce cellulite and increase immune function. HGH is the master hormone which is secreted by the pituitary gland and is responsible for directly and indirectly balancing the body’s other hormones.

According to Dr. Ronald Klatz, M.D., President of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, “Aging appears to be due in large part to the drastic decline of human growth hormone in the body after adulthood.”
